In 2020, my family and I launched a startup business, Mckay’s Quinta, in Ecuador where I took charge of marketing and event planning. I developed and executed the establishment logo, social media content, website, handled video and photography, planned and promoted events, managed financial budgets, and oversaw maintenance. Over the years, the business has grown successfully, and it now operates under the management of a team I hired, allowing the business to thrive independently.
